The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by CentralPayCalc.in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• All calculator designs and user interfaces
• Website design and layout
• Original written content and explanations
• Compilation of data and formulas
• Brand names, logos, and trademarks

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents.

User Content

Since we do not collect or store user-generated content, there are no intellectual property considerations related to user submissions. Any data you input into our calculators is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us.

Calculation Accuracy Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CentralPayCalc.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall CentralPayCalc.in's aggregate liability exceed one hundred indian rupees (₹100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CentralPayCalc.in and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through informal negotiations initially. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CentralPayCalc.in regarding our Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
